Didn’t eat at all until around 3… Then had a banana and some leftover cooked carrots. Hopefully I can make it till tomorrow! I remember loving the feeling of waking up hungry, and knowing yesterday was a job well done… But, now, as you can see, I’ve gained SO MUCH weight, and need it gone. Now.
These are the pictures I took at the beginning of the year, and I’ll take new pictures every once in a while, and definately when I realy me new weight goals.
I’m going straight vegan, i.e. no animal products. I’m also cutting desserts and carbs after 12:00 noon. No drinks besides water, tea, coffee with no-calorie sweetener, and diet sodas. I’ll allow myself one square of dark chocolate a week, and try to keep my calorie count to 1000 calories a day or less. Starting with the new year!!!
